About PROPERTY BUILD CLUB
PRPOERTY BUILD CLUB was born out of the experience of David Hill - A Project Consultant with 20+ years experience in delivering Project and Programme Management, Architectural Design, Design Coordination for clients on Property Development, Selfbuild and Construction Projects.
David started advising, designing and delivering projects for clients in 2003. David quickly realised that the success of every project was based on the team of consultants advisors and peers working towards the project goal being led by an experienced professional.
It’s no coincidence that the projects were successful. The professional group advice, support, and connections were invaluable to delivering each project.
This is how commercial developers and large organisations deliver projects and create successful real estate investments.
David realised that it would help any Property Developer or Investor have access to this knowledge, leadership and advice from consultants and peers, to advise them when their project hits the inevitable problems, or just to guide them on the next step when they are undertaking something new which they haven't experienced.
So, he decided to create a community and environment where they can access this professional advice and the collective knowledge and experience of the group.

About David...
Hi, I'm David Hill,
Founder of PROPERTY BUILD CL:UB
I'm a Consultant, Designer, & Creator.
I advise on Real Estate Development and Construction Projects for Commercial, Public Sector & Private clients.
Here's how that happened...
In my Twenties....
In 2003, I started my first Consulting business working with Private and Commercial clients in architectural design. These projects were mainly residential projects for small scale developers and selfbuilders.
I continued helping clients whilst studying at University/College, and whilst gaining experience with other employers.
In the early part of my career I worked for an international design & construction consultancy as an architectural designer, on large scale development projects, often purchased by investment funds and leased to operating clients to provide reliable income streams for the fund. Development projects with a budget of £12m to £100m+.
Later I worked for UK National Health Service managing development projects on hospital sites , working in an internal consultancy within the organisation, to deliver projects from £50k to £5m.
In my Thirties....
I then went full time on my consultancy and I have provided services to Public, Commercial & Private clients, offering services in Design, Project & Programme Management on complex Development Projects. Through my consultancy I have worked on projects with a delivery value of in excess of £250m+.
In my Forties....
Through my experience and my design background I developed my unique system which I use to Lead the projects I work on.
My system, takes it's routes from my creative design background, and my experience gained working on live projects. It also incorporates other tools and processes which are used in project & programme management.
I am a mix of Artist and Engineer, I often to work intuitively. My role usually consists of helping the client to develop identify opportunities, develop concepts, obtain funding, and develop a plan to deliver their development.
I have reached a point in life where I enjoy sharing my experience of how to design & deliver projects, and the wide variety of skills and knowledge required to achieve this successfully.
To help you, or anyone who is interested, I have created a way that any developer or investor, whether experienced, or just starting out, can work with me to deliver their project.

Moving Forward....
I am is also interested in marketing, economics, self development, and many other subjects, and have a passion for figuring out how and why things work, or don't work.
My current goal is to build an education and development company to pass on my knowledge about "how the world works, according to David."
