
David has been working in the construction sector for over 28 years, with over 20+ years design and project management experience. He started out as labourer working for a Joiner and Building Contractor working on houses and small scale commercial projects.
He then went to college to study construction and started designing buildings and producing construction drawings for an Architectural consultancy.
After college David Whilst started his own architectural design company working with Private clients and developers to help them deliver their development and selfbuild projects.
He then studied Architecture at University, and then went on to work for one of the largest industrial architects practices in the UK. The main clients of this practice were large property developers and building contractors, who were running logistics and commercial developments worth £12m to £100m+.
After this he worked for a UK National Heath Service managing development and refurbishment projects on hospital sites, delivering projects from £50k to £5m using consultant teams.
Having gained significant commercial and healthcare experience in 2012 David his current design and management consultancy. His consultancy has worked Private Clients, Property Developers, Healthcare, Education and Public Clients on projects from £25k to £140m.



David's experience delivering development projects includes:
